Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, with excellent service and a convenient location. The dining experience was exceptional, but some aspects could be improved. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay at a good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although tiny with a double bed, offered a view of the garden but was not suitable for a solo older lady due to its location on the ground floor overlooking the laundry bins. The service was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The location was convenient with easy access to the town center and motorway, ample parking, but there were minor issues with understanding specific needs. The dining experience was a bit disappointing due to delays, but the breakfast itself was satisfying. Overall, a somewhat average stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel had very clean rooms, but lacked sufficient soundproofing. The garden was small, and the shower was of minimal size, requiring me to shower with the door open. The staff were reasonably height and build. The service was very accommodating with some excellent period features. The location was relaxing and pleasant, with beautiful surroundings, including canals, rivers, and pretty villages nearby. The dining experience was superbly cooked, albeit needing more variety. The hotel's facilities were accommodating.
